Pedro da Quitéria Faria is Co-founder of Antas da Cunha Ecija, Partner in the Labor and Social Security area, and a Member of the Board of Directors.
He develops his activity in Labor and Social Security Law, with extensive experience advising national and international clients on matters such as collective bargaining, relations with workers' representative structures, compensation systems, due diligence processes (including risk analysis and quantification of contingencies), disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissals and job terminations, labor litigation, and preventive labor advisory.
Throughout his career, he completed his professional traineeship at ACFA – Antas da Cunha, Ferreira & Associados, where he was promoted to partner in 2013. In 2014 he joined the Labor Department of Miranda Advogados as Senior Associate, subsequently leaving in 2015 to co-found Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados. He has contributed scientific articles, regularly participates as a speaker at conferences, and is a frequent television commentator. He is a university lecturer in Labor Law and Legal and Judicial Practice at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Moderna de Lisboa.
He has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2015.
