Patricia is a partner at ECIJA in the EU and Competition Law practice. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises companies on competition proceedings and merger control before the CNMC and the European Commission.
Career
Patricia’s career reflects both strong professional practice and academic involvement. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Spanish Association for the Defense of Competition (AEDC), contributing to the development of best practices and regulatory debate in the field.
She is also an Associate Professor of EU Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and has taught at institutions such as the Autonomous University of Madrid, IE Law School, Carlos III University of Madrid, and Rey Juan Carlos University.
Personal
Patricia holds a Law Degree and has pursued advanced specialization in EU and Competition Law, complemented by her ongoing teaching and academic work at leading Spanish universities.
She actively participates in academic and industry initiatives related to competition law, regularly contributing to forums, workshops, and specialized publications.
