She has nearly 30 years of experience advising national and international companies on the protection, management, and defense of industrial property assets, including trademarks, designs, and domain names. She has built her career at top-tier firms in contentious practice.

She is highly specialized in European Union trademark and design law, with extensive experience in complex contentious proceedings before the EUIPO and the OEPM, as well as litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union, representing multinational companies leading their sectors.

Since 2008 she has held management roles, leading teams and participating in the development of trademark and design areas in international firms. Her profile combines technical knowledge with a clear strategic and commercial orientation.

She actively participates in international organizations such as INTA, MARQUES, and AIPPI, and has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and World Trademark Review (Gold), in addition to being included in the MIP Top 250 Women in IP ranking.
