He also advises national and multinational companies with a presence in Spain on key areas such as the environment, waste, ecological transition, and the circular economy.

His track record also includes advising regional governments on waste and environmental legislation, with a notable role in the creation of regional regulations.

He holds a Law Degree (LL.B.) from the Complutense University of Madrid and is qualified as an Urban Planning Technician by INAP. He is also a PhD candidate at Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, where he earned a diploma in advanced studies with research proficiency.
