Eduardo Gómez de Enterria is Head of the Employment and Labor practice in Spain. He is based in Madrid.

Eduardo advises on recruitment, dismissals, health and safety, pension plans and employee incentive schemes. He is particularly well respected for his work in the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissals, and corporate restructuring. He also represents clients in labor disputes.

He has significant international experience, having advised leading Spanish companies on their operations across Europe and Latin America, as well as international companies with subsidiaries in Spain. He joins Dentons from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a partner and Head of the Employment practice in Madrid.

He specialized in negotiation at Harvard University and lectures on collective negotiation and corporate restructuring at the Instituto de Empresas in Madrid.
