Ana focuses on compliance programs and management systems. She provides regular advice to local and international groups on compliance matters and has worked for different companies, from different business fields. She is an expert in the risk assessment, design, and implementation of Compliance Management Systems, according to the most up-to-date requirements. Ana also participates in the analysis and implementation of necessary controls and policies required to comply with current legislation on criminal and anti-corruption prevention.
Ana has a Law Degree from the Universidad de Sevilla in 2009 and a Master Degree on Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (2015-2016).
She has more than 6 years of professional experience both in national and international Law Firms in Spain.
Currently, Ana is an associate at Legal Compliance team at KPMG, member of the Madrid Bar Association and she participates in several courses in compliance matters.
Additionally, she is a regular lecturer in compliance training sessions for multiple companies.
