Since joining the firm in 2014, he has led and coordinated commercial and corporate advisory work for national and international companies, as well as legal defense in civil, commercial, and insolvency proceedings of both domestic and cross-border scope.

His experience covers complex matters related to civil fraud, damages claims arising from competition law infringements, defective products, financial products, and personality rights. He also acts as a regular intervener in industrial and intellectual property disputes, horizontal litigation, as well as proceedings related to trademarks, unfair competition, and enforcement of foreign judgments.

He advises clients in sectors such as retail, telecommunications, technology, and banking and finance, bringing a strategic vision oriented toward effective conflict resolution. His practice combines deep technical knowledge with a clear business-oriented focus and protection of his clients' interests.
