Juan Salmerón is a leading advisor in TMT and Intellectual Property law, with more than 17 years of experience advising clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. His expertise covers a wide range of issues within these industries, positioning him as one of Spain’s top lawyers in media law.
Alongside his legal practice, Juan has a strong academic presence. He is a member of the Academic Board of the Master’s in European Union Law at Carlos III University of Madrid, a professor in the Master’s in Intellectual Property at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and director of the Master’s in Legal Practice at Universidad Europea de Madrid. He also teaches Entertainment Law at IE Law School.
Juan’s career has also been recognized by Iberian Lawyer, which included him in the Top 40 under Forty Awards (2009), distinguishing the most promising young lawyers in the Iberian legal market.
