Global law firm Dentons has recruited partner Eduardo Gomez de Enterria as Head of the Employment and Labor practice in Spain. He will be based in Madrid.

Eduardo Gomez de Enterria joins Dentons from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a partner and Head of the Employment practice in Madrid. He advises on recruitment, dismissals, health and safety, pension plans and employee incentive schemes. He is particularly well respected for his work in the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissals, and corporate restructuring. He also represents clients in labor disputes.
He brings significant international experience, having advised leading Spanish companies on their operations across Europe and in Latin America, as well as international companies with subsidiaries in Spain.
Eduardo Gomez de Enterria specialized in negotiation at Harvard University and lectures on collective negotiation and corporate restructuring at the Instituto de Empresa.
