    Corporate/M&A & Private Equity:

    The M&A team is multidisciplinary and covers all corporate activities: M&A, stock market transactions, private equity, restructuring, joint ventures, issuance of equity or debt, mezzanine financings, etc. The team is on hand to support its clients during all phases of their development, whether they are planning a merger or acquisition, the sale of a business, a complex corporate transaction or a change of corporate governance structure.
