Our Private Equity practice is characterized by a global approach to the core legal issues of this field - Corporate, Banking and Tax - within a full service firm. A team of specialists in these three areas of law allow us to take the lead on transactions on the equity or mezzanine side as well as on the financing aspects, with the support of the other departments of the firm whenever needed.

Our Corporate team is predominantly involved in advising investment funds on deals with an enterprise value ranging between €20 and €300 million. The team represents financial investors, on the sale or buy side, in relation to their equity or mezzanine investments as well as management teams. Our lawyers are also regularly involved on Development Capital operations.

Our LBO Finance team advises the major banks of the Mid Cap LBO market in relation to the implementation of senior debt financing.

A dedicated team of professionals within our Tax department advises investors on the tax structure of PE operations and are able to carry out tax due diligence.
