Philippe Rozec

Philippe Rozec recognized specialist in Employment Law, works in the various fields of employment law and social security law. He advises national and international groups and companies as well as public bodies, associations and employers' federations.

Philippe Rozec joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2014 as a Partner. He was the co-founder and the managing partner of the law firm PRAXES Avocats and worked at Barthélémy et associés.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1999.

Philippe Rozec holds a Ph.D. in Private Law (1998), as well as a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in Law and Practice in Labor Relations (1995) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and he is a certified Bar specialist in Employment Law (Paris Bar - 2001).

He is a lecturer at the Master II in Law and Practice in Labor Relations and a Member of the Labor Law Laboratory of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
