De Pardieu has advised the 13 Branches of the Crédit Agricole group in their capacity as lenders under a syndicated mortgage financing in a total principal amount of €100 m on the restructuring of the Réside Études group’s debt.

On 24 June 2025, the Tribunal des activités économiques of Paris approved the 32 safeguard plans of the Réside Études group, including 7 plans approved following the set-up and the votes of classes of affected parties. These plans provide, inter alia, for the rescheduling of part of the syndicated financing granted by the Branches of Crédit Agricole, while maintaining the repayment schedule for the balance. They further include the setting-up of two trusts in connection with a financial restructuring in an aggregate amount of €400 million.
