De Pardieu has advised Savills Investment Management, on behalf of its fund European Logistics Fund 2 (ELF 2) on the sale structured as a share deal of a 30,420 sq.m logistics asset located in Coudray-Montceaux, near Paris, to Aberdeen Investments.
The 30,420 sq.m site located in Coudray-Montceaux (Essonne) is leased to Medline Operations, a manufacturer and distributor of medical and surgical devices for healthcare facilities. The asset was acquired in 2019 from Barings.
