De Pardieu has advised the lenders, comprising Bpifrance, CIC, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, Crédit Agricole de Normandie, Crédit Agricole Val de France, Crédit Agricole Ile de France, Crédit Agricole Centre Ouest, Crédit Agricole Nord de France and LCL, on the €430 million refinancing of JP Energie Environnement, independent French producer of renewable energy, covering 427 MW of wind and solar projects.
The refinancing covers 19 wind farms (including one under construction) and 25 solar power plants, for a total capacity of 427 MW representing nearly 70% of the total installed capacity of JP Energie Environnement.
