Jean-Renaud Cazali specialises in project finance and structured finance. He advises banks and financial institutions in France and abroad.
Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2001, he started his career in London at Société Générale and Morgan Stanley within the field of derivates (2000). He was co-opted as a partner in 2008.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2001.
He is the author of "Project Finance in Civil Law Jurisdictions", International Project Finance: Law and Practice, Oxford University Press, 2011 and 2014, and co-author of “Banking and Finance – France – Law & Practice” Chambers Global 2016.
He holds an advanced degree (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1998).
