De Pardieu has advised INDIGO, the world leader in parking, individual mobility and urban services on its entry into CORSALIS’ capital through the acquisition of the equity stake previously held by Altaréa. Corsalis, a real estate operator dedicated to urban logistics, and Indigo intend to jointly create a leading real estate player for deliveries to city centers by transforming existing infrastructures, exemplified by their joint flagship project, the Arsenal de Foch in Paris.
