De Pardieu has advised TotalEnergies on the organization of the elections of the members of the social and economic committees (CSE) established within the “Socle Social Commun” perimeter which were held between September and November 2025.
The Employment Law team of the Firm has assisted TotalEnergies with the organization of its latest employee representative elections within the “Socle Social Commun” perimeter. Overall, these elections covered: 3 economic and social units (UES), 18 companies, 19 establishments, 40 ballots, 17.336 registered voters, voters located in 54 different countries, 7 trade unions, 550 representatives elected or re-elected. These large-scale elections required the implementation of complex procedures including with respect to GDPR compliance, management of the relationships with the trade unions, validation of electoral rolls and the prevention of litigation risks.
The Firm’s employment law team regularly works alongside legal and human resources departments to ensure the legal security of their electoral processes and to deliver dedicated training to internal teams.
