De Pardieu has advised Carrefour, world leader in food retail, on the sale & leaseback of a portfolio of 20 supermarkets and hypermarkets to Supermarket Income REIT, thereby bringing to 46 the total number of Carrefour supermarkets and hypermarkets now held by the real estate investment company.
