De Pardieu has advised Promeo Groupe, a major player in the new-build real estate market in France, on the acquisition from Nexity, a property developer, of Accessite, an independent full-service operator specializing in the value enhancement of retail assets on behalf of third parties.
This transaction embodies Promeo Groupe’s strategy to diversify its business lines and enhance value creation and will strengthen Accessite’s capacity to support the transformation of commercial real estate while expanding its service platform.
