De Pardieu has advised Bpifrance on its upcoming equity investment in Ciril GROUP, a data hosting and software publishing company founded, managed and developed by the GRIVEL family, alongside Carlyle Europe Technology Partners (“CETP”).
Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Villeurbanne, Ciril GROUP develops a range of software solutions, including integrated management software packages (ERP) for finance, human resources (SIRH), technical services (CMMS) and public services as well as geographic information systems (GIS) and secure sovereign cloud solutions.
The closing of the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
