De Pardieu has advised Bpifrance, public investment bank, on the €100 million fundraising of WAAT, a French pioneer in private electric vehicles charging infrastructures.
This €100 million fundraising was carried out with a sustainable investment fund belonging to the DWS group and with Bpifrance. The transaction, led by the investment bank Gottengreen, ensures the continued participation of historical shareholders, including RAISE Impact, which has been present since 2022. Thanks to this transaction, the company will accelerate its expansion in France and across Europe, while consolidating its position as a leading player in the private electric vehicle charging infrastructure market.
