Cristian Mitrani is a founding partner and head of the Corporate, M&A, Compliance and Crisis Management, Antitrust, Public Law, Litigation, and Arbitration practices at Mitrani Caballero. With over 40 years of experience, he is recognized for his expertise in international business law, M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, international arbitration, competition law, and white-collar crime. Cristian has led landmark privatizations, acquisitions, and strategic alliances across multiple jurisdictions, and regularly advises on corporate investigations, white-collar crime prevention, and critical litigation. He has received numerous recognitions, including the Latin Lawyer Lifetime Achievement Award (2025).

Cristian Mitrani is an expert in international business law, with particular emphasis on M&A, joint ventures, various types of business transactions, corporate governance, international arbitration, competition law and white-collar crime. He has acted as lead counsel in record-setting privatizations, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances in various countries. He assists clients on corporate investigations, on the implementation of procedures for the prevention of white-collar crime and on strategic management of critical litigation.
