Mr. Bérèterbide leads the Intellectual Property practice at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. He has extensive experience in advisory and transactional work related to intellectual property matters and IP litigation. He is particularly knowledgeable in licensing agreements and in a wide range of IP contractual matters.
Career
Prior to joining Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno, he was a senior associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2003-2007) and, before that, an associate at Allende & Brea (2000-2003) in charge of the IP practice.
Professional Memberships
He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the Argentine Association of Patent & Trademark Agents (A.A.A.P.I.) and of the Licensing Executives Society International (LES International), and Secretary of Les Argentina.

Ignacio Bérèterbide has written several articles on subjects of his expertise and is a guest lecturer in the Master in Intellectual Property at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ignacio Bérèterbide graduated as an attorney from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1994. In 2003, he registered as a Patent and Trademark Agent at the Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Industrial - INPI.
