Aixa Sureda

Aixa Sureda is a partner in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Antitrust & Competition practices at Mitrani Caballero. She brings over two decades of experience advising investment banks and major corporations on complex M&A, private equity, and debt restructuring transactions, as well as on high-stakes antitrust matters. Aixa’s expertise spans the structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, equity offerings, asset transfers, project financings, and joint ventures, alongside providing strategic counsel on corporate reorganizations and conflict resolution. She has led significant market investigations across diverse sectors, including oil & gas, retail, and financial services, and regularly delivers courses on competition law compliance.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero, Aixa was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2002–2018), where she led the Anticompetitive Practices Group, and served as a foreign associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, New York (2005–2006). She is consistently recognized by leading legal directories.

She is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the American Bar Association.
