She has structured several transnational gas pipeline and power generation projects in the Southern Cone of South America; advised on and negotiated major international swap of assets and shares involving refineries, E&P assets and retail stations; worked on the transfer of the largest acreage in Vaca Muerta ever divested and advised several successful international E&P startups in Argentina She regularly advises on M&As and complex regulatory matters in the E&NR industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ardizzone founded Ardizzone Abogados, was a partner with Maciel, Norman & Asociados and an in-house counsel at Bridas S.A.P.I.C. and Pan American Energy LLC.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the ABA and of the AIPN.
Mariana Ardizzone graduated in 1995 as an attorney from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she also obtained a Postgraduate degree in O&G law. In 1999, she obtained an LL.M. from the University of Michigan and in 2004, a Postgraduate degree in Energy Regulation and Business from the ITBA.
