Mariana Ardizzone

Mariana Ardizzone leads the firm's O&G practice, being one of the leading practitioners in the O&G industry in Argentina. She has structured several transnational gas pipeline and power generation projects in the Southern Cone of South America; advised on and negotiated major international swap of assets and shares involving refineries, E&P assets and retail stations; worked on the transfer of the largest acreage in Vaca Muerta ever divested and advised several successful international E&P startups in Argentina She regularly advises on M&As and complex regulatory matters in the E&NR industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ardizzone founded Ardizzone Abogados, was a partner with Maciel, Norman & Asociados and an in-house counsel at Bridas S.A.P.I.C. and Pan American Energy LLC.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the ABA and of the AIPN.
