He counsels clients on crisis management, including corporate and governmental investigations of alleged law violations, and on the strategic management of critical litigation.

Career

Prior to co-founding Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno, Mr. Mitrani was a partner in charge of the international practice at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2000-2007). He was a visiting partner with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Milan (2004- 2005) and senior in-house counsel with the Techint Group (1984-2000). He previously served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice (1980-1984) and the National Administrative Court of Appeals (1978-1980).
