Corina Laudato

Corina Laudato leads the firm’s Tax Law practice. She is a tax planning expert and has extensive experience providing comprehensive tax advice with an emphasis on the tax structuring of sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business reorganisations, private equity investments and their associated financings. She regularly advises clients on matters involving corporate and individual taxation and is active in designing and implementing international tax efficient investment and business platforms. She also provides tax advice on a variety of financial transactions and is highly experienced in tax litigation in Argentina.

Prior to joining the firm, Corina Laudato was an associate at Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (jr) (1999-2001/2005-2012) and was a New York-based associate with international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (2002-2005).

She is admitted to the New York Bar and to the Buenos Aires City Bar and is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the International Bar Association.

She graduated with honours from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997 and obtained an LLM in International Taxation from New York University in 2002 where she was a Crowe & Dunlevy Graduate Tax Scholarship recipient.
