Career
Ms. Nuñez joined Mitrani Caballero in 2010, while she was still a student, and took her first steps as a trainee, assisting the various areas of this law firm with both national and international case-law and legislation searches and analysis, among others. She was soon interested in IP matters and was given the opportunity to cooperate in deals involving licensing, ambush marketing and employees’ inventions.
In 2011, after graduating with honors from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA)- which she had represented both in the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Competition (Frankfurt, Germany, 2009) and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vienna, Austria, 2011)- she joined the IP team.
Since then, Ms. Nuñez has advised in relation to almost all aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation, patents and trademarks infringements and copyright protection. She now has considerable experience working on cross-border matters, and particularly on those related to M&A and transactions, licensing contracts and technology transfers.
