Jorge Pico

Born in Buenos Aires on June 16th, 1970, Jorge E. Pico holds a Degree in Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). He advises on the different areas of Labor Law and Social Security matters, both in domestic and International markets.

He is one of the partners within the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Previously, he was a senior associate and then partner with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007), senior in-house advisor to the Techint Group’s Labor Law Department, advising the group on labor law and social security matters in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela (1994-2005). He also served as an officer at the National Labor Courts (1991-1993).

Jorge E. Pico was a member of the Argentine Chamber of Construction (Cámara Argentina de la Construcción – CAC), Committee on Legal Affairs (2004-2005). He is a member of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law (AADTySS) and author of several articles appearing in specialized publications.

He has been recommended as one of the “Leaders in their field” (Labour & Employment-Argentina) by Chambers Latin America.
