Felicitas de Achával

Felicitas M. de Achával is a partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Mitrani Caballero, with over twenty years of experience advising local and international clients on complex labor and social security matters. She provides strategic counsel on employment contracts, compensation, benefits, collective bargaining, labor litigation, compliance, and workforce restructuring, including labor aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Mitrani Caballero, Felicitas worked as an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005–2007) and Severgnini, Robiola, Grinberg & Larrechea (2000–2005), where she developed her expertise in labor law. She graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina, School of Law (Lawyer, 1998) and completed the Labor Law Annual Program at Universidad Austral, School of Law (2003).
