Qualcomm is seeking the annulment of the KFTC’s corrective orders and a fine in the amount of KRW 1 billion (approximately USD 865 million) for alleged abuse of dominance involving Qualcomm’s patent licensing practices
■ Successfully represented United Technologies Corporation (‘UTC’), a US-based leading aerospace equipment supplier, in the KFTC’s review of UTC’s acquisition of Raytheon Company, a leading defense equipment supplier, for USD 52 billion, and obtained unconditional clearance despite objections from stakeholders
