The practice group is headed by Sang-Goo Han with 20 years of experience in corporation rehabilitation and restructuring areas, and is backed up by seasoned Jungseok Ryu, who focuses on corporate organization, bankruptcy procedure and M&A of turnaround companies and company workout.
