Such expertise is depicted by the team's success in closing a large number of such M&A deals: (i) the LS Networks Corporation case where the first Supreme Court precedent was established on the status of existing shareholders in M&As of companies undergoing restructuring proceedings; (ii) the Choongnam Spinning Co., Ltd. case (advising on sale) where the firm succeeded in securing the sales price to exceed the total debt; and (iii) the Dongah Construction Industrial Co., Ltd. case (advising on acquisition) where the main creditors initiated an M&A deal, selected an acquirer, commenced restructuring proceedings and closed the M&A deal under the restructuring plans.
