Young Ju Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is corporate law.

Mr. Kim provides comprehensive transactional and regulatory counsel across private equity, venture capital, capital markets regulation, M&As, and corporate finance, and has successfully led complicated cross-border transactions and large-scale investment projects.

He has played a pivotal role in numerous M&A transactions for leading domestic private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients, demonstrating exceptional strength in deal structuring. For example, his experiences include advising SGPE on investments in Korea Special Gas, Etech System, MS Autotech, and Myoungshin; advising K-Stone PE on investments in SEA Mechanics, Food All Market, LS Materials and CHAI Communications; advising Korea Investment PE on investments in Hanwha Life Financial Services, Youngwoo Digital, eBrain Tech, and Eghis Healthcare; advising Orchestra PE on investments in KFC Korea and Maruman Korea; advising Highland PE on investments in Orion Technology, Salady, Pulmuone Water, Sunjin Air & Tech, and B&B Korea; advising IS Dongseo on investments in TMC, Insun ENT, Vaunce and BTS Technology; and advising MBK Partners on the sale of Dong Jin Textile and Kyungjin Textile.
