Hee Woong Yoon

Career

Hee Woong Yoon is a Managing Partner of Yulchon. Prior to this leadership role, he served as the Head of Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Group. Mr. Yoon focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and has represented many leading Korean and global companies, including KTB Investment & Securities, MBK Partners, KT, Hanwha Group, Lotte Shopping, IMM Private Equity, Hyundai Motor Group, Loreal and Delta Air Lines. Widely acknowledged for his expertise in corporate practice, in 2019 Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific ranked Mr. Yoon as an Eminent Practitioner, and IFLR1000 2019 also recognized him as a highly-regarded lawyer in three categories, including Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, and Banking & Finance.
