Hee Woong Yoon is a Managing Partner of Yulchon. Prior to this leadership role, he served as the Head of Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Group. Mr. Yoon focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and has represented many leading Korean and global companies, including KTB Investment & Securities, MBK Partners, KT, Hanwha Group, Lotte Shopping, IMM Private Equity, Hyundai Motor Group, Loreal and Delta Air Lines.
