Chan-Keun Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include labor laws and administrative laws. In particular, he has built professional experiences in labor issues including the adoption of flexible working hours upon the shortening of working hours and responding to labor inspections, restructuring in the process of corporate M&A and business transfer, improvement of wage structures, establishment of solutions to resolve discrimination against fixed-term workers or temporary workers, response to supervisory authorities of occupational health and security, corporate strategies toward multiple labor unions and sexual harassment, etc. In the field of general administration, Mr. Park has dealt with many cases concerning re-licensing of CATV broadcasting business, housing reconstruction and redevelopment, permission of construction or relocation of factories, urban planning, sports facilities, expropriation of land, compensation for fishery rights, and right of repurchase, etc.
