Main practice areas of the International Trade Practice Team include investor dispute, trade remedies including antidumping duties, countervailing duties and safeguards, customs, non-tariff barrier issues, and trade policy for governments and companies

Currently, Yoon & Yang assists the Korean government in various countervailing investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce and is also representing Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors Corporation in the safeguard investigation conducted by the Philippines government. The fact that Yoon & Yang counselled the Korean government and industry in such important cases is a simple example that shows the strength of Yoon & Yang’s international trade team.
