Career

Seung Ryong Yoo is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include corporate and commercial law, criminal law, and administrative law.

Mr. Yoo has successfully represented clients in white-collar crime cases such as large-scale financial and construction disputes, breach of trust, and embezzlement against companies and business owners. In the case of financial disputes, Mr. Yoo represented clients in a civil case in connection with the liability for asset-backed loans between Bank and other financial institutions and a case concerning credit enhancement in PF loans. In both cases, he convinced the appeals court to overturn the decision of the trial court for all claims in favor of his clients. In the case of construction disputes, he successfully represented clients in a case involving shared responsibility arising from a joint supply and demand relationship among construction companies and a case concerning large-scale development projects through foreign joint ventures.
