Luis advises on a broad range of real estate matters, including complex development projects, acquisitions, leasing and real estate investment structures. His practice covers business parks, office complexes, hotels, shopping centres and residential developments. He also advises on sale and leaseback deals, public and private tenders, and urban planning and environmental aspects of real estate transactions. He acts for real estate developers, investment funds, institutional investors and major corporate clients.

Career

Luis is a partner (since 1997) in Pérez-Llorca’s Real Estate practice. He joined the firm in 1988.
