She advises domestic and international investors on tax structuring for M&A transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and real estate, as well as private equity and financial transactions. Her practice also covers corporate and financing restructurings, international taxation matters including transfer pricing, permanent establishments and taxation of cross‑border flows and the ongoing structuring of personal and family assets. She additionally represents clients in tax audits and litigation proceedings.

Susana is a partner (since 2024) in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice. She has extensive experience advising on domestic and international tax matters, including the tax structuring of M&A transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and real estate, private equity and financial transactions, as well as corporate and financing restructurings.
