Career
Juan Manuel Rodríguez Cárcamo is a partner (since 2013) focused on public law, complex litigation and EU law. A former State Advocate before the Court of Justice of the European Union and coordinator of mutual legal assistance with Spain’s sector regulators, he brings deep insight into regulated markets and EU institutions.
He advises on high-stakes disputes before Spanish courts and the EU Courts, including financial-sector litigation (unfair terms, resolution), public procurement and regulated-industry matters, as well as EU and competition cases and proceedings before the CNMV, the European Commission and the European Central Bank. He combines contentious strategy with regulatory know-how across multi-jurisdictional mandates. He works in Spanish, English, German and French.
