Career

Rodrigo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 as a partner in the context of the international expansion strategy of the firm. Rodrigo works from the Lisbon office and his professional activity is focused on M&A transactions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and other corporate governance and corporate finance matters in different sectors.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Rodrigo was the Head of the Corporate/M&A team of a Portuguese law firm and prior to that he worked for a “Magic Circle” law firm in Lisbon and London.

He has been focusing his professional activity on M&A transactions, private equity investments, corporate reorganizations, as well as corporate governance and corporate finance matters, for multinationals, private equity houses and institutional investors, in the energy, industrial, healthcare, financial and insurance sectors.
