Yolanda Azanza is a partner in the Capital Markets practice in Pérez-Llorca.
Yolanda has 27 years of experience working in the Madrid office of a reputable international firm. She specialises in all aspects of capital markets and represents issuers and placement banks in cross-border transactions on both the fixed income and equity markets, including bond issuance and commercial paper programmes, regulatory capital, covered bonds, IPOs, secondary offerings and block trades.
Her in-depth knowledge of the market, coupled with her technical strength, has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships of trust with her clients, which include financial institutions as well as multinationals and large Spanish companies. Azanza has a strong international profile and has repeatedly been involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
