Marcel Enrich is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice with more than 20 years of experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. He advises corporates, founders and financial sponsors on public and private M&A, venture capital investments and exits, growth financings and corporate reorganisations, often coordinating multi-jurisdictional workstreams.

His track record spans technology, life sciences, industrials and consumer sectors, supporting clients from early-stage to late-stage and buyout deals. Marcel combines deal execution with strategic board-level counsel on governance and shareholder matters. He holds an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law (Fordham, cum laude) and a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Works in Spanish, English and Catalan.
