Career

Luís Roquette Geraldes is a partner at the corporate and M&A department where he serves as head of Team Genesis and co-head of Private Equity. He focuses on advising founders, high growth companies, and investors on transactional work in venture capital, private equity and M&A. Given the know-how amassed working in technology, life sciences and healthcare, Luís’s practice has become concentrated in IP-rich companies.

With Team Genesis, he works daily alongside founders, investors and scalable emerging companies, helping them on an ongoing basis. His advice covers the full life cycle: fundraising, scaling and exits, mostly cross-border.
