Teresa is a partner in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and she has 12 years’ professional experience in the area of commercial law, in particular, commercial real estate and finance.

Teresa focuses on structuring, negotiating and carrying out M&A and private equity transactions. She advises on the set up and operation of investment and venture capitals funds, acquisitions of loan portfolios, and financing operations and corporate restructuring in various sectors of the real estate and tourism industries.

She also has experience in developing and operating large-scale agricultural projects.

Teresa has an LL.M. from the University of Virginia, USA.

Before joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at the law firm Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho.
