He also has significant experience in EU law, international law, trade and anti‑dumping matters, public law and foreign direct investment (FDI), having led investigations and authorisation processes in complex cross‑border cases.
Career
Pablo is a partner (since 2021) in Pérez-Llorca’s Competition practice. He has over 15 years of experience in Competition Law, EU law and foreign direct investment (FDI). His practice includes advising major clients on anti‑competitive agreements, merger control, unilateral conduct and abuse of dominance, state aid, antitrust litigation, distribution and cooperation agreements, and defence against fines imposed by competition authorities. Before joining the firm, he headed the competition practice of a leading Spanish firm and previously worked at two prestigious international firms, where he led major cartel investigations and merger control matters.
