He advises domestic and international investors, including financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, on national and cross‑border real estate transactions. His experience includes complex single‑asset and portfolio acquisitions, real estate development projects, sale and leaseback operations, real estate due diligence, and the negotiation of a wide range of real estate contracts. He also advises on the development and operation of residential, alternative residential, tourism & leisure, office, logistics, retail and industrial assets, as well as on planning and land‑use matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in REO and NPL portfolio acquisitions, the enforcement of security rights over immovable property, and renewable energy projects.

Career

Dídac is a partner (since 2019) in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice. He has broad experience in large-scale M&A across energy, infrastructure, banking, real estate, consumer goods and telecommunications, and a notable track record advising Asian clients on inbound investments in Spain.
