Luis advises on all aspects of labour and social security law, with particular expertise in collective bargaining, including collective agreements, mass redundancies, substantial modifications to working conditions, and high-level employment contracts. He represents clients in individual and collective disputes before labour courts at all levels and also advises on the hiring and termination of senior executives.
Luis is a partner (since 2007) and head of Pérez-Llorca’s Employment practice, which he joined in 2003 after working at a prestigious international firm.
