Luis E. Fernández Pallarés is a partner (since 2007) and head of Pérez-Llorca’s Employment practice. He advises on the full spectrum of labour and social security matters, with particular strength in collective bargaining and restructurings (collective dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, agreement opt-outs and protocols), as well as individual and collective litigation before the labour courts at all instances.
His work also covers senior management arrangements, including drafting and termination of executive contracts, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Luis holds a Law degree and an Advanced Programme in Labour Relations and regularly lectures on employment law at leading Spanish universities. Works in Spanish and English; reading knowledge of French.
