- Employment and HR advice: advice on employment queries, the design and implementation of company policies, senior management contracts, functional mobility, exclusivity, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, equality plans, how to achieve a good work-life balance and health and safety at work. We also advise on disciplinary dismissals, individual objective dismissals, the termination of temporary contracts and restructurings.
